That sucks, I remember when my 94 Acura Integra got rear-ended. Good thing it's just a side scratch on it. But I ended up selling the car last years cud it was giving me problems.

Wide tires on loose gravel makes your car flip huh? Interesting...I've been driving on loose gravel for about 4 years now, with a vehicle that has large wide tires, going at speeds of about 90mph.

I think there was a lot more careless driving in that then just speeding.

Don't know that i said "Wide tyres (NZ spelling ) on loose gravel makes your car flip" But before you be so quick to compare, understand that there is a difference between loose gravel on an unsealed road and loose gravel on an unsealed road which is used like once a week But seen you seem alittle interested let me try explain how it happened

See there was a steep decline in the road and i manage to get air born ( didn't know it at the time) but anyway when i landed my back wheels landed on an angle and normal tires would of dug in but mine slid along the top :/
And in my inexperience i over corrected alittle and that was a enough with a ditch on the edge of the road. Funny thing was though, i managed to get my wheels back even though i had slid on them and popped the tyres off.

But yeah that was my point about wide rim tyres, they slide on gravel when normal ones dig in, not that they cause you to crash .

I think he got "Wide RIM tires" confused with "Wide tires"
